What types of surfaces are most suitable for ClingPhoto®?
ClingPhoto®s work best when applied to clean, dry indoor surfaces that are away from direct sunlight to avoid fading. They have the ability to cling to indoor surfaces including glass, drywall, metal, plastic, wood, brick and marble.

How do I reposition my ClingPhoto®? Will it leave behind a residue?
To reposition your ClingPhoto®, peel it off one indoor surface and replace it on to another. No marks are left behind.

How long will my ClingPhoto® last?
PhotoClings will cling up to four months or longer, depending on where they are placed and how often they are moved. For best results place on a dry indoor surface away from air-conditioning vents or strong drafts. In addition, the smoother the surface, the longer it will cling.

How can I store my ClingPhoto®?
ClingPhoto®s can be rolled up and stored, but avoid folding them so that you can use them again.

Is ClingPhoto® safe?
Yes, ClingPhoto®s are non-flammable and are made up of #5 recyclable plastic, found in yogurt containers and baby bottles. ClingPhoto®s contain no additives or chemicals and is compliant with the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) standards.

How does the ClingPhoto® technology work?
ClingPhoto® uses ClingZ® technology. ClingZ® is an electrically charged polypropylene film that clings to almost any dry, clean indoor surface and can be repositioned without leaving any residue behind.

What kinds of photo files can be turned into ClingPhoto®s?
ClingPhoto®.com is compatible with PDF, EPS, PNG, JPG, GIF, BMP or TIFF files for both PC and Mac users.

What does resolution mean?
The resolution of a photo refers to its sharpness or clarity. When photos are saved electronically, they are converted to pixels. The greater the number of pixels, the higher the resolution. High-resolution pictures are larger on screen and look better when printed.

Is it possible to increase the resolution of a digital photo?
No. You can always decrease the resolution (if you want to make the picture smaller, for example), but you can't add more detail to a photo. Photo-editing software can often improve the appearance of a photo without increasing the resolution. Try increasing the sharpness and adjusting the contrast.

What is the best resolution for my photos?
Clingphoto.com recommends uploading photos with at least 150 dpi. 300 dpi is ideal.

How do I cut out my ClingPhoto®s?
ClingPhoto®.com recommends using basic handheld scissors. Please use caution when using sharp tools.

Is there any charge for uploading?
No. Uploading your digital photos is completely free!

How long will ClingPhoto® store photos in my account?
We will keep your photos online as long as you are a member for free.

How do I upload a photo?
All photos are uploaded during the customization process. As you begin the process of customizing your design you will be presented with the opportunity to upload images. Any images uploaded here can be used in the current design. They will also be saved for use in future orders. Specific instructions on how to upload your images are provided inside the upload tool.

How long are my photos stored on my account?
We offer free storage of your online photos. At this time, there is no limit to the number of digital photos you can upload.

How do I sign up for an account?
To create your free account [hyperlink to create an account], you need a valid email address to register. After you create your account, we'll send you an email confirmation of your registration.

What if I've forgotten my password?
We'll send your password to the email address stored in your account. Click here.
